Step 1: Once you find a workout plan that you would like to follow on the "Workout Plan & Groups Page", click on the workout plan and select "Start this Plan" on the left side of the workout plan's webpage.
A pop-up window will ask you to choose your workout days. Certain days will be recommended, but you can make adjustments to create a custom schedule.
Step 2: Schedule workout days and first workout
Step 3: Confirm plan settings and start the plan. Click "Next Step" to proceed with confirming your scheduled plan and setting up daily workout reminders.
