Each fitness training Zoom class will have a different Zoom link. Payments for classes are due the Friday before they will be held ie: payment for classes held the week of May 18th are due on Friday May 15th. Please email Deborah @ email@example.com and let her know which class/classes you will be attending. Once Deborah receives payment and email notification of desired classes, she will send you the Zoom link for each class you have paid for. Payments can be make with a credit card on Deborah Does Fitness Secure Online Portal. Click on a class link below to open the payment portal.
TOUGHAGERS™ Level 2 Senior Fitness classes will utilize dumbbells (cans or other small objects that provide some resistance can be used if dumbbells are not available) and resistance bands(modifications will be provided for those who do not have resistance bands)
Deborah shows modifications of exercises for people with physical limitations so please let her know in advance if you need any.
After logging into Zoom, all participants will be in the “waiting room” until Deborah admits them. That way, Deborah is able to monitor who is attending. Since there are a large number of participants, please log in 5 minutes before the posted start time. Deborah will start class promptly at 5 minutes past the posted start time. In order to avoid class disruptions, Deborah will not let anyone in once class has started.
As previously stated, you will receive a Zoom link once a class has been paid for. For security reasons, each class will have a different Zoom link. Please do not share this link with anyone. Deborah needs all participants to e-sign her Liability Waiver before she can allow them to attend.
According to Zoom, “If a host mutes a participant then unmutes the person later, a consent message will be displayed to the participant allowing them to unmute or stay muted.” At 5 minutes past the scheduled class starting time, Deborah will mute all the participants to avoid disruptions. During water breaks, Deborah will request participants unmute to check in. However if you do not want to unmute yourself, please respond with a thumbs up 👍 or thumbs down 👎🏼when Deborah asks questions like, “How is the music volume?” You can also send Deborah a comment in the comment bar.
If you need to cancel a class, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled Zoom class. You can cancel by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you no show for your reservation, or if you cancel after 24 hours before your scheduled Zoom class, you will be charged for that reservation. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
