If you are an active 55 or older adult looking for workout videos made specifically for you then this is your group! ToughAgers® workouts are designed to provide everything you need for overall fitness including: low-impact cardiorespiratory, interval, balance, resistance, core, and flexibility training. A variety of equipment will be utilized including: dumbbells (what you think is light, medium, and heavy for you), resistance bands, sliders, and foam rollers. Options will be suggested for those who do not have resistance bands, sliders, or foam rollers, and variations will be shown for participants at different levels.
Download the app by searching "Deborah Does Fitness" in the App Store or Google Play. After you log in with the same username and password you used to purchase the 55+ Fitness Subscription, click on the three horizontal lines on the top left of your screen. Click on "Groups" and then click on "55+ ToughAgers® Fitness.
Once you have clicked on the three horizontal lines at the top left of your screen, clicked on "Groups", and clicked on "55+ ToughAgers® Fitness", click on the long rectangular box right below the group photo which is labeled "Special Edition Video". After you do so, you will see the list of class categories to choose from.
