If you are an active 55 or older adult looking for workout videos made specifically for you then this is your group! ToughAgers® workouts are designed to provide everything you need for overall fitness including: low-impact cardiorespiratory, interval, balance, resistance, core, and flexibility training. A variety of equipment will be utilized including: dumbbells (what you think is light, medium, and heavy for you), resistance bands, sliders, and foam rollers. Options will be suggested for those who do not have resistance bands, sliders, or foam rollers, and variations will be shown for participants at different levels.
1. **Sign up** for 55+ ToughAgers® Fitness.
2. **Download** the Deborah Does Fitness App.
3. **Open** the app and **log in**.
4. Tap the **three horizontal lines** in the top left corner.
5. Select **“Groups”** from the menu.
6. Click on **“55+ ToughAgers® Fitness.”**
7. Tap on **“Video Menu,”** located under the group photo.
8. Browse the video categories that appear.
9. Choose a category, such as **“Full Workout Videos-Level 2.”**
10. Scroll to find the video you want and **click on it.**
11. Press the **play icon** to start the video.
12. To stop the video, tap the center of the screen, then click the **“X”** in the top left corner.
13. Click **“Close”** in the top right to exit.
14. To view a different video, return to the **“Full Workout Videos-Level 2”** category and repeat the process for another selection, like **“ToughAgers® Muscle-Level 2.”**

Log in on the Deborah Does Fitness web platform and click “My Stuff” on your Dashboard. Then click "My Groups" on the left side of your screen.
Log in on the Deborah Does Fitness web platform and click “My Stuff” on your Dashboard. Then click "My Groups" on the left side of your screen and click on 55+ ToughAgers® Fitness. You will then see the table of contents on the left side of your screen. Click on the category of video you want, and you will see the videos to choose from.
Download the app by searching "Deborah Does Fitness" in the App Store or Google Play. After you log in with the same username and password you used to purchase the 55+ Fitness Subscription, click on the three horizontal lines on the top left of your screen. Click on "Groups" and then click on "55+ ToughAgers® Fitness".
Once you click on the three horizontal lines at the top left of your screen, click on "Groups," and click on "55+ ToughAgers® Fitness," you will have two choices.
You can click on the long rectangular box below the group photo labeled "Video Menu." After you do so, you will see the list of class categories. Simply click on the category of videos you would like to see and scroll down to see the videos.
You can also scroll down and see video workouts listed with the most recent added at the top.
