Exercise at home with customized workout plans.

With our busy lives, it can be hard to find time to go to a gym. Many people prefer to workout at home but find they are not motivated to do so. Being unsure about what exercises to do, how to properly perform exercises, and fear of injury may prevent people from beginning an exercise program. Unfortunately, this can lead to a sedentary lifestyle. With Deborah Does Fitness Online Training, you will have an ongoing, customized exercise guide to follow both online and on your phone with the Deborah Does Fitness App. Deborah will learn about your unique fitness & wellness goals, your previous exercise experience, and your health history. With the aid of online assessments, Deborah will put together an easy to follow exercise plan for you. Your exercises will be uploaded to your personalized workout calendar. All you will need to do is: click on the date, read the exercise explanation, watch the exercise demonstration video, and do the exercise.


How do I log into my account on the website?

How do I start a workout plan that is assigned to me?

On the Website:  

  • Step 1:  Open the "My Stuff" tab of your Dashboard and click "My Workout Plans"in the left side menu.
  • Step 2:  Hover your mouse over the workout plan you want to start, and click "Start Plan".
  • Step 3:  Set up your schedule and start the plan. The assigned workout plan will then be added as "My Current Workout Plan"in the "Me" tab of your Dashboard.  

From Your Notifications:

  • Step 1:  Click the notifications icon.
  • Step 2:  Click the link for the plan assigned to you.
  • Step 3: Start the plan.

From your email:

  • Step 1:  Click the plan link in your email.
  • Step 2:  Start the plan.

From the App:

  • Step 1:  Tap the top left corner menu icon to open the drawer and see your notifications.
  • Step 2:  Tap the notification for your assigned plan.
  • Step 3:  Start the plan.
  • Step 4:  Set up your schedule and confirm starting your plan.

How do I view exercise videos while logging a workout on the app?

For IPhone:

  • Step 1:  Tap the exercise in the logger that you want to view.
  • Step 2:  Tap the exercise thumbnail on the "Log Exercise" view.
  • Step 3:  Watch the video 

For Android

  • Step 1:  Tap the exercise in the logger that you want to view.
  • Step 2:  Tap the exercise thumbnail on the "Log Exercise" view or tap the menu icon and tap "Info".
  • Step 3:  Watch the video 

How do I follow a workout plan and schedule my workouts?

Step 1:  Once you find a workout plan that you would like to follow on the "Workout Plan & Groups Page", click on the workout plan and select "Start this Plan" on the left side of the workout plan's webpage.

A pop-up window will ask you to choose your workout days. Certain days will be recommended, but you can make adjustments to create a custom schedule.

Step 2:  Schedule workout days and first workout

Step 3:  Confirm plan settings and start the plan. Click "Next Step" to proceed with confirming your scheduled plan and setting up daily workout reminders.
