Strength training senior fitness sessions designed for safe and effective muscle building.

Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by dynamic stretching, and then transitions into whole-body strength training using dumbbells and resistance bands. We conclude with standing flexibility training to enhance mobility and prevent injury.
