If you are an active 55 or older adult looking for live virtual workouts designed specifically for you ToughAgers® Zoom classes are for you. ToughAgers® workouts are designed to provide everything you need for overall fitness including low-impact cardiorespiratory, interval, balance, resistance, core, and flexibility training. Various equipment will be utilized including dumbbells (what you think is light, medium, and heavy for you), resistance bands, sliders, and foam rollers. Options will be suggested for those who do not have resistance bands, sliders, or foam rollers, and variations will be shown for participants at different levels.
