1. Log into the Deborah Does Fitness App.
2. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of your screen.
3. Select "Booking."
4. Find the date of the class you wish to attend.
5. Click the icon next to the class to check the number of available spots.
6. Tap the blue bar at the bottom of your screen that says "Book Session."
7. You will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom link for the class.

2. Click “BOOKING” in the black bar at the top of your screen.
3. Select the class you would like to attend.
4. Click on “Confirm Booking.”
5. You will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom link for the class.
6. Click “DASHBOARD” in the black bar at the top of your screen.
7. Your calendar will appear in the middle of the screen. Click on your booked class date to view the class information and Zoom link.
Don’t miss out! Registration closes 12 hours before the class kicks off. So, make sure to grab your spot before the clock runs out!
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your class participation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund or credit for your reservation.
1. Open the **Deborah Does Fitness** app.
2. Log into your account.
3. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of your screen.
4. Select "Booking" from the menu.
5. Scroll to find the date and time of the class you reserved.
6. Tap "Reschedule".
7. At the bottom of your screen, select "Actions".
8. Choose "Cancel it".
9. You’ll see a prompt asking, “Are you sure you want to cancel this session?”
10. Tap "Yes*" to confirm.
11. Your session will be canceled, and you can use your credit to book another ToughAgers® Zoom Class.

2. Click on “My Stuff” in the grey bar at the top of your screen.
3. In the left column, scroll down and select “Visits”.
4. You will see a list of the classes you have booked.
5. Click the icon under “Actions” next to the class you wish to cancel.
6. Select “Cancel.”
7. A prompt will appear asking, “Are you sure you want to cancel this session?”
8. Click “Yes” to confirm.
9. Your class credit will then be available for you to use to book another ToughAgers®️ Zoom Class.
For our classes, we recommend bringing the following equipment based on your personal preference:
1. Dumbbells: Please select weights that you consider to be:
- Light
- Medium
- Heavy
Choose weights that feel comfortable yet challenging for you.
2. Resistance Bands: We suggest having at least a couple of resistance levels on hand. This way, you can choose the best resistance for you for each exercise.
3. Sliders: These are optional but can enhance your workouts by engaging your core and improving stability.
